Who we are

Meiree is a consulting firm based in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit meiree.com or get in touch with us. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

We only collect personal data when you choose to send it to us through the contact form. That includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The service you're interested in
• The message you write to us

We do not use cookies to track you. We do not run advertising or analytics scripts that profile visitors. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard request data (such as IP address) for security and traffic protection — this happens for every site on the internet.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to understand whether and how we can help. That's the entire purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask to join.

Who else handles your data

Two service providers help us run the website:

• Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Your message passes through their servers.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides DNS and security. Standard web traffic data passes through their network.

Both are established providers with their own privacy practices. We share only what is necessary for them to perform these functions.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for up to two years so we can pick up conversations where they left off. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@meiree.com.

Your rights under PDPA

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Withdraw your consent at any time

To make any of these requests, email hello@meiree.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally — for example, if we add a new tool or service. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage.
